Getting help faster
To help us investigate, please include where useful:
- a brief description of the issue;
- the app version and build number;
- your device and platform (for example, Android or iOS);
- the steps that led to the issue.
You can find the app version and build number in the app under Settings → About.
Please do not email sensitive information. Do not send passwords,
authentication codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive child or medical
data. We never need your password or authentication codes to help you.
